Had a SUCH GREAT stay here. Everything was good during 8 days, greatly enjoyed its marvellous location near to supermarket, a slope and the centre of the town. The staff was good which made me feel welcome.

The kitchen and bathroom were clean and well-maintained, and the basic amenities provided everything we needed for our stay. The location of the hotel, while situated on a hill, was excellent and conveniently close to Jawaher Mall. The staff were also highly attentive and helpful throughout our stay, ensuring that we had a pleasant experience.

Spent Christmas at a comfy apartment that amazed me with modern facilities and stylish furniture. I was delighted to discover that the apartment had a well-equipped and functional kitchen perfect for preparing meals. The apartment was situated at a key location, just a stone's throw from the supermarket, making it very convenient to pick groceries. Plus, the friendly staff picked me up and dropped me off at the airport for free!

The location was far away from the city, making it quite challenging to explore the town's wonders—a minor setback, though. , communication was a bit tricky sometimes, as the staff didn't speak fluent English.

The apartment at Royal Inn Seza Residence was very clean and spacious, with modern kitchen equipment and stylish furniture. We also had access to all the necessary facilities for a comfortable stay, including a well-equipped kitchen, washing machine, and air conditioning in every room. The receptionist, Ahmad, was extremely helpful and spoke Arabic fluently. Additionally, having a grocery store under the building was very convenient. I highly recommend this hotel for a pleasant stay in Trabzon.
